P4584 External Rendering and Associated Works High Peak BC Housing Stock

High Peak Borough Council wish to appoint a suitable contractor to deliver a programme of external rendering and associated works over a fixed term agreement to the Council's Housing Stock across High Peak Borough. The Council is looking to complete the procurement process and appoint the contractor for a projected commencement in May 2021.

The contract will be a 3 year programme over a (1+1+1) arrangement extensions for yrs 2 and 3 will be on the outcome of deliverables and performance in the initial year 1. Capital programme budget for year 1 is £500k with similar profiling for yrs 2 and 3.
