## Description

Replacement of existing Fire Ring Main is required due to non-compliance in BS9999: Code of Practice for fire safety in the design, management and use of buildings\. Professional and technical support services to be provided through RIBA Stages 3 to 6 will consist of project management led multi-disciplinary design/engineering team with specialist and cost consultancy input\. The TSP Consultant is expected to take the lead role in managing and co-ordinating all aspects of the project and will be responsible for its delivery\.
