## Description

Surrey and Borders Partnership would like a fully Managed Print Service\. The aim of this contract is to have a supplier who can provide a fully Managed Print Service inclusive of print, copy, scan, fax and follow-me functionality, device supply, installations, moves, additions, removals, software and service support\. The main project objectives are supporting the digital strategy to go towards a paperless solution, cost savings and other efficiencies\. The Authority requires a mechanism to track cost on print, access to management information and have a fully managed service for the end users to log and raise issues, while ensuring improved documented workflows\. The contract duration is a four \(4\) year contract, with three \(3\) 12 month extensions\.
