School Roof Refurbishment Works

This project consists of two tender opportunities for school roofing works. These fall under two Lots. Tenderers can only bid for a maximum of one Lot: • Lot 1: Grange Primary School Roof Refurbishment The proposed contract relates to the roof refurbishment and associated works at Grange Primary School. The roof to the building is conventional asphalt and gravel covered flat roofing system, which is in excess of 20 years old, in a poor condition and beyond its serviceable lifespan, core samples have confirmed failure in waterproofing, with the School already experiencing instances of water ingress across multiple locations. • Lot 2: West Lodge School Roof Refurbishment The proposed contract seeks to appoint a contractor to undertake replacement of the remaining sections of the existing roof that are in excess of 20 years old and already beyond its serviceable lifespan, with core samples confirming failure in waterproofing, with instances of water ingress into the school already experienced.
