THIS CONTRACT HAS BEEN AWARDED Work Order under Contract 701578645 - MLS for Military Bespoke Learning Training Needs Analysis \(TNA\) on the Capability & Acquisition \(Cap & Acq\) Career Field training to determine the requirement and provide the justification for future spending\.    The TNA is to include both Stage 1 and Stage 2 activities as outlined in JSP 822 - Defence Direction and Guidance for Training and Education\.
