## Description

The Council of the Borough of Kirklees \(the "Council"\) wishes to establish a programme of services with a maximum of one \(1\) suitable Delivery Partner for the delivery of Pre-Engagement Activity in Kirklees - First Steps in Learning\. The approximate total value for these services will be £25,000 for the entire duration of the programme\. This tender specification is to be delivered in line with Community Learning Provision in Kirklees and other Employment and Skills activity\.
