Work description
The OPA is committed to ensuring that all staff working for the OPA have the necessary skills, knowledge and experience to undertake their roles safely and to an acceptable standard. To ensure that the OPA can deliver on its commitment around training, especially with the overfill protection systems and the Honeywell Experion Scada (Entis version) system, there is a requirement to deliver a number of Training packages to our Operational Teams over the next five years (initial two year term with option for a further three twelve month extension periods at The OPA's (Oil and Pipelines Agency) Discretion.
The training needs to be delivered within a replicated tank farm training environment using a blended learning approach of Plant simulation and classroom training, followed by on site depot assessment and competence sign off. The replicated tank farm training environment and classroom needs to be based in the United Kingdom (UK).
