Work description
West Lancashire Borough Council is soliciting information from potential providers for a Home Contents Insurance Scheme for Council Tenants. It is the Councils intent in issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to determine whether there are a sufficient number of interested and qualified providers who would be interested in providing either an 'arm's length' or 'with rent' scheme.
