## Description

Anechoic Chamber Test Facility GNSS Simulator System Awarded Contract to Spirent Communications PLC Additional information: The aforementioned contract has been placed using the negotiated procedure without prior publication pursuant to Article 28\(1\)\(e\) of Directive 2009/81/EC \(Regulation 16\(1\)\(a\)\(i\) of the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011\): In the absence of tenders, suitable tenders or applications in response to a restricted procedure\. The Authority conducted a Restricted competition for the Anechoic Chamber Test Facility GNSS Simulator System\. One Tender was received, which, when evaluated following the published evaluation criteria, was deemed non-compliant\. It is considered that pursuant to Regulation 16\(1\)\(a\)\(i\) of the Defence and Security Public Contracts Regulations 2011, the Authority concluded negotiations with Spirent Communications PLC to achieve a compliant bid\.
