GB-Essex: Health Cash Plan & EAP Services

Description

EHA wishes to engage a company to provide a Health Cash Plan and Employee Assistance Programme for its staff (and their partners and families) as part of a wider initiative to improve staff benefits in order to attract and retain staff. Additional information: The resulting contract (subject to performance) shall be for three years with an option to extend for a further two years on an annual basis - total potential contract, five years. The current contract value to EHA is in the region of £30,000 to £40,000 per annum for the core services. Upgrades and enhancements to the core services are paid for directly by individual employees.
