Food Safety Learning & Auditing Programme

Description

The purpose of this contract is to design and deliver a tailored learning programme for staff working across Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, in line with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) syllabus, to support development of underpinning knowledge for safe food preparation / catering operations across the organisation. We also seek a supplier to take forward our food safety on site auditing programme. Whilst the contract is offered in two lots, reflecting these distinct elements, we are keen to support transfer of learning between our audit and teaching programmes, to appropriately reinforce best practice and support any required improvement.
