Hull City Council (The Authority) has appointed C R Reynolds Limited to undertake Public Realm Upgrades Princes Dock Street and Humber Dock Street, Kingston Upon Hull. The procurement was undertaken under the YORcivil3 Framework as a Direct Award tender. The contract commenced September 2024 ending by November 2024. Early Contractor Involvement relating to Public Realm improvement works to Humber Dock Street and Princes Dock Street, as part of the Hull City Centre Public Realm Scheme including: • Procuring hard landscaping, soft landscaping, street furniture, street lighting and art installation materials. • Undertaking sure investigations and dilapidation reports for the scheme. • Establishing compound areas for providing the works. • Subcontractor engagement and procurement. • Development of Construction Phase Management Plans. • Contractor design elements. • Support in preparing a scope of Main Works, value engineering and buildability reviews.
