## Description

The project comprises of Mechanical upgrades to Devonshire Hall North Lawns Blocks F, G, and J\. All blocks require boiler and ventilation upgrades, each block has 7 kitchen areas with a boiler in each\. Block F requires 4 boilers to be changed, blocks G and J require 7 boilers in each block to be upgraded\. All kitchen areas require removal of existing ventilation, to be replaced with over cooker mounted extraction hoods terminated to outside\. All W/C areas currently have a main extract fan in the loft space of their respective block\. This is to be upgraded to provide suitable extract ventilation to each space and controlled via a P\.I\.R linked to an inverter\. Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
