## Description

We are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to carry out the Residential Summer Works on our behalf\. The work is mainly minor joinery, plumbing and electrical with a significant amount of redecoration and new flooring\. The timescales are very tight and the information fast flowing with a minimal window to plan the works\. The contractor is expected to clean up after their works however the thorough clean will be carried out by another contractor\.
