## Description

The aim of the service is to ensure that all children and young people in Knowsley receive the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme offer which includes universal access and early identification of additional and/or complex needs, with timely access to specialist services, to improve health and social outcomes, and reduce health inequalities for children and young people\.
