Work description
Viability Assessment of the Greater Cambridge Local Plan and the North East Cambridge Area Action Plan.
Cambridge City Council (CCC) and South Cambridgeshire District Council (SCDC) are seeking suitably qualified and experienced consultants to provide Viability advice for Greater Cambridge (defined as the combined area of Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire districts) to support a new joint Local Plan. This includes an initial deliverable standalone viability assessment for North East Cambridge Area Action Plan (NEC AAP) viability that will assist in informing the local plan study.
This work will form part of the Councils' development plan making process in relation to viability. The contractor must demonstrate in writing that they have no conflicts of interest in respect of work being sought that cannot be effectively mitigated.
Detailed proposals are now invited from consultants. SCDC will be leading on the procurement on behalf of CCC and SCDC.
