Seeking quotations for 2x cold water and ice machines with installation, warranty and full service cover for 5 years, including breakdown cover, cleaning and filter changes to prevent infection outbreaks \(in line with manufacturers guidance\)\. For use in Renal department of St\. Helier Hospital\. • Please provide a breakdown of the costs of the product and service package detailed above\. • Please provide details of all relevant insurances held\. • Please provide NHS reference site contacts, detailing if the machine was clinical or staffing areas and relevant IPC considerations\. • Please note that the contract will be let under the condition that the machine is subject to and needs to meet Infection Prevention and Control rules as and when inspected\.
