## Description

BTS require general building contractors to supplement their own labour resource\. The type of general building work that BTS undertakes is day to day repairs, voids, complete kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, window and door installations, fencing and larger building projects such as extensions, and sheltered housing block refurbishment\. Predominantly, all work priced for in this tender will be in the Luton post code area\.
