Crisis and Resilience Fund Vouchers (RM6248)

Appointment of a suitable supplier for vouchers to F&HDC's Crisis & Resilience Fund grant recipients following a further competition under GCA framework RM6248 Payment Solutions 2 (Lot 3 - Vouchers) (see FTS 2022/S 000-011818).

FHDC will manage all applications from internal processes and award vouchers or prepaid cards to eligible residents. This should preferably be an online voucher to make the process easy and fast for the resident whilst also offering the ability to issue in person to vulnerable residents unable to access online services.

Contract to start August 2026 and continue until 31 March 2028 with an option to extend for a period (or periods) of up to 12 months.

Estimated contract value £240,000 excl. VAT for the initial period, and up to £390,000 if extended to March 2029.

NB: award decision date 19 August 2026. Contract fully executed 30 October 2026.
