Framework Agreement for the provision of a Highways Maintenance Resurfacing Service with Cold Planing and Ancillary Works

Hartlepool Borough Council is looking to appoint an appropriately qualified and experienced organisation with the capacity to deliver a framework agreement for a highway maintenance resurfacing service with cold planning and ancillary works within the borough of Hartlepool and any other agreed areas.

The Framework will commence on 20th June 2021 for a period of 3 years subject to funding with the potential for a further 1 x 12 month extension subject to funding and performance.
