Decarbonisation Planning Tender On behalf of 4 Yorkshire HA's

The group of HA's are looking to appoint a consultant for Decarbonisation Planning. Full details are included in the enclosed document Appendix D - Specification.

In brief, we wish to establish a carbon baseline for our organisations against which future progress can be measured. We also wish to establish a high-level decarbonisation plan for our organisations to reach net zero carbon, and the resource implications for delivering this plan.
