Description

The College wishes to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out mechanical services response and planned maintenance works with some planned electrical services elements for the College and work alongside and in partnership with other independent sole trade and multi-trade contractors engaged by the College as directed by the Employer . The College Estates extends to 48,000 sqm over 4 principal sites and 3 subsidiary buildings. In addition the College manages the UTC Sheffield buidings which encompass a further 12,000 sqm over 2 buildings which will form part of this contract.
