Provision of HQ Management System Field Army Empowerment JIRA

Description

HQ Fd Army is currently implementing its new Operating Model. The Operating Model has been designed over five themes; Structure & Responsibility, Governance, Communication, Technology and Culture. The requirement is to digitise all elements of both approaches as soon as practicable, an initial BETA version of Azure DevOps is currently being rolled out to HQ Fd Army and HQ 3 (UK) Division in Sep 20. The system, once developed, will be rolled out to all Fd Army 1* and 2* HQs during 2020 in support of Fd Army Transformation's Empowerment Project Roll-Out.
