National Specialist Technical Advice to Highway Structures and Vehicle Restraint Group

Highways England's Highway Structures and Vehicle Restraint Group is looking to set up a contract for provision of a range of structural work that includes giving technical advice, approval of departures from standards and specifications, developing new standards, revising existing standards, specifications and external stakeholder liaison with organisations including BSI/CEN, academia, trade organisations, specialist information/ technology networks and groups, other bridge owners, contractors and consultants.
