## Description

The Council is committing to undertake constructing a Car Park using permeable materials mainly on made up ground\. The main access road and route to the disabled bays will be widened and resurfaced with bituminous materials\. A foot way using bituminous materials will run the through the Car Park to give pedestrian access to and from all access points\. Demolition works and site clearance are required\.
