## Description

The 4-port network analyser will form the heart of the measurement facility providing the transmitter and receiver for the antenna system, as a standalone facility to measure S-parameters, material properties, circuit characteristics etc\. Millimeter wave extension modules will provide frequency coverage to 110 GHz\. The equipment to be procured will form a facility to measure devices, antennas, circuits and materials in the frequency range up to 110 GHz\. It is important that equipment will measure on-wafer antennas and devices before and after bonding/packaging\. It is important that all the equipment is compatible with each other \(see dependencies within the ITT\) The three items of equipment to be purchased under separate tenders are: 1\) Antenna Measurement System NSI-700S-360 system \(already sourced\); 2\) Vector network analyser; 3\) Probe station\.
