Installation of PAS 2035 Retrofit Energy Efficiency Measures for Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Wave 2.1

The delivery of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund Wave 2.1 (SHDF2.1) across 120 social rented homes in the District of Folkestone & Hythe.\\\\r\\r\r This specification of works details the requirement for the installation of Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) for Phase 1, totalling 120 homes, to be installed in accordance with the PAS 2035 process and Trustmark lodgement in collaboration with our Retrofit Coordinator to improve the properties energy efficiency, achieving an EPC rating of C, delivering energy-efficient homes whilst reducing tenant bills and carbon emissions on the pathway to Net Zero 2050.\\\\r\\r\r Each property has been selected based on the criteria of its current EPC rating, construction type and currently installed measures. The properties have undergone a comprehensive PAS and Home Assessment that has informed the Design and Measure Selection of the EEMs detailed within this specification.
