## Description

The Local Government Association is commissioning a piece of research to determine the nature, content and extent of compliance regimes and binding agreements which impact on different forms of English councils in the broad area of digital, data, technology and cyber security\. This is to aid current work being undertaken in the sector around future compliance regimes which utilise the NCSC Cyber Assessment Framework\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
