## Description

Highways England is looking to set up a contract for the provision of services to carry out the transferring of all standards and guidance in TSM Chapter 8 Part 3 document into TSM Chapter 8 Part 1 and Part 2 as appropriate\. Chapter 8 is a set of manuals which give guidance around traffic safety measures \(including signs\) for road works and temporary situations\.
