EEH Investment Pipeline

Description

England's Economic Heartland (EEH) sub national transport body is seeking to commission a supplier to undertake the development of an investment pipeline. The overall aim of the investment pipeline is to bring together EEH's investment priorities into one place, as a way of communicating EEH's investment priorities in a clear, concise manner as investable propositions to government. It will identify where investment is required, primarily considering strategic cross-border opportunities and interventions which provide significant benefits to the region.
