The Council is looking to develop a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System \(PDPS\) for the provision of a Generic Domiciliary Care and Emergency Support to Carers Service\. It is expected that the PDPS will operate until 31st March 2024, with an option to extend for a further 12 months, making the possible final end date of the PDPS 31st March 2025\.
