Work description
The need is for 5 x perpetual licenses used by radio planners for the Emergency Services Mobile Communication Programme (ESMCP). The software is single sourced due to its specialist nature and links to previous systems for interoperability and to avoid duplication of costs. The software maintenance service renewal costs for the 5 HTZ communication licences is for three years.
