## Description

Wyre Forest District Council wish to appoint a Contractor to provide asset valuation services, building reinstatement valuations and also to provide a quarterly valuation of the assets comprising the Council's acquisitions portfolio \(Capital Portfolio Fund\)\. The appointment will be by way of competitive Tender via the Open Route\. Only bidders who hold a RICS Registered Valuer Qualification will be considered for this contract, bidders who do not hold this qualification will be disqualified from the process\.
