Professional Services for preparing, submitting and progressing a Local Development Order for Dorset Innovation Park, Enterprise Zone

Dorset Innovation Park (formerly known as Dorset Green Technology Park) is the site of the former Winfrith nuclear energy test facility on the edge of Wool village near Wareham. Purbeck District Council is seeking to employ consultants to undertake all the necessary site investigation work, strategy and design development to enable the preparation and development of a Local Development Order for Dorset Innovation Park, Wool, Dorset. In order to complete the works required it is anticipated that the consultant team will consist of specialists within the following range of professions:- • Project management • Architecture/urban design / master planning • Town planning • Engineering - Flood risk/Utility capacity/geo technical/ environmental/ infrastructure/structural/building services • Ecology • Landscape architecture Additional information: The closing date for receipt of Tenders is 11:59am on 7 November 2017 note Purbeck District Council will not accept tenders/bids that are received after the deadline indicated.
