Cumberland Council is seeking to appoint a specialist supplier on a Design and Build basis to develop the schematic plan that was produced as part of the Feasibility Study, primarily for budgeting and planning purposes\. The end result will be a design for a deliverable scheme and a price for implementation of that scheme\.
