Description
Phase 1 of this workstream was commissioned by the EA, in collaboration with The Crown Estate (TCE) in 2022/23FY, to review the key objectives and considerations relating to the development of a new Restoration Project Portal. This included a desk-based review of: - Possible data content; - Other online platforms; - Platform users and 'user journeys'; - Data submission templates; - Indicative quality assurance (QA) and maintenance procedures. The SoW of this contract is focused on delivery of Phase 2 of the project which would action some of the key recommendations of the review, namely: User Journey Development: Aim: Define the scope and objectives for three key User Groups to ensure the portal is optimised for target audiences, namely: - 'Restoration Practitioner' - 'Regulator and Advisor' - 'Industry and Developer' This contract was award by EA.
