## Description

Dover District Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable contractor for the renewal of the pitched roof coverings to 8 non DDC owned properties, increase insulation and renewal of fascia and soffits as required\. The contract is anticipated to commence January 2023 and will continue for a period of 10 weeks\.
