Southend-on-Sea City Council wishes to continue licence software for server and storage monitoring system \(currently SolarWinds\)\. The software needed fulfils the below roles: • Network management, • Server management, • Storage Monitoring • Virtualisation management • IP Address management • Database Performance Analyzer for virtualized environments\. Technical support for all software, including training\. Annual Remote Health check and recommendations report\.
