## Description

THIS IS A NOTICE ON BEHALF OF CHICHESTER DISTRICT COUNCIL\. A mini-competition was undertaken utilising the ESPO 215-20, Lot 1 Specialist Vehicles Framework for the Purchase of 12 diesel Refuse Collection Vehicles to replace the current aging fleet, to include warranty and servicing\. The procurement was broken down into sublots: • Item 1 - Vehicle Specification - \(9 vehicles\) : Rear end loading, Refuse Collection Vehicle, 26 tonne, Rear steer , short wheelbase, right hand drive fitted with split auto bin lifter and main body • Item 2 - Vehicle Specification - \(3 vehicles\) : Rear end loading, Refuse Collection Vehicle, 12 -15 tonne, short wheelbase, right hand drive fitted with split auto bin lifter and main body The contract is to start on the 21/12/2021 and will continue until 20/12/2026, including warranties and maintenance\. The anticipated value was £1\.95m Only item 1 has been awarded, with a value of approx\. £1\.66m\. Item 2 was not awarded\.
