## Description

The Council is looking to appoint an architecture consultancy to lead a multidisciplinary team and develop an outline redesign of the wharf area in Newbury and provide sufficient detail to also estimate costs\. The outline redesign and associated cost estimates will inform a PID and request for funding to enable delivery of the proposal\.
