Appointment of Consultancy Team for Historic England funded Fleetwood High Street Heritage Action Zone

Wyre Borough Council is looking to form a single supplier framework for a consultancy team to provide design services from RIBA stage 1-6 for improvement works to heritage buildings in the Fleetwood High Street Heritage Action Zone.

Under the call-off arrangement property owners who sign up to the scheme will then engage directly with the consultancy team as Client (with the consultancy team providing a quotation in accordance with Client's project requirements).
