Road Restraints Systems Re-Tensioning, Planned Work and Repairs 2016

Description

Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council (the Employer) is seeking to identify and appoint a Contractor to provide a Road Restraint System service. The service consists of three main elements - Planned installation work and repairs to the Employers safety fence asset - Temporary Traffic management whilst the planned installation and safety repairs are carried out – this work is optional for Contractors to price and undertake. - Re-tensioning of the Employers safety fence asset. The estimated total contract value is £200k per annum. The proposed contract period is two years with potential extensions of a further two years in one year increments subject to performance. The Employer intends to appoint only one Contactor to provide the service
