## Description

Leicestershire County Council and Leicester City Council \(the Employer\) is seeking to identify and appoint a Contractor to provide a Road Restraint System service\. The service consists of three main elements - Planned installation work and repairs to the Employers safety fence asset - Temporary Traffic management whilst the planned installation and safety repairs are carried out – this work is optional for Contractors to price and undertake\. - Re-tensioning of the Employers safety fence asset\. The estimated total contract value is £200k per annum\. The proposed contract period is two years with potential extensions of a further two years in one year increments subject to performance\. The Employer intends to appoint only one Contactor to provide the service
