The Terms and Conditions of the Contract apply but with the following amendments:

• Variation to the Contract End Date - The original Contract period was 5th June 2017 until 29th September 2017. The intention of the Authority is to vary the Contract end date by one (1) month, to 26th October 2017. • Uplift in Value of an additional £8,000.00 (Exc. VAT), increasing total Contract value from £81,700.00 (Exc. VAT) to £89,700.00 (Exc. VAT). • Inclusion of revised deliverables
