## Description

Provision of 4500 mobile handsets and associated accessories to replace DfEs current smartphone estate, as the majority of existing handsets will reach end-of-life in 2024\. Associated support services to be provided by the Supplier to manage the roll-out of the replacement devices, and collection/disposal of the legacy devices\. Further Competition conducted via CCS TePAS 2 Framework\.
