HOUSING ACQUISITIONS REFURBISHMENT PROGRAMME 2023-2026

Description

The Works comprise improvements and refurbishment to recently purchased Council-owned properties (Houses, Flats, Bungalows, Maisonettes) to bring properties up to habitable standards, and includes house clearances, garden clearances, loft clearances, damp remedial works, new external doors and frames, windows, kitchens and bathroom replacements, flooring, plasterwork, redecoration, electrical upgrades and re-wiring, plumbing, heating and sundry associated works. Properties will be vacant during the progress of the Works. The Contractor shall be aware there is NO guarantee that any of the works included and / or priced in Section 5 of this Schedule of Rates with Approximate Quantities will be ordered at any point during the Contract Period.
