## Description

The Borough Council of Wellingborough is looking to appoint a contractor to supply and install a festival lighting scheme in Wellingborough Town Centre to be used during Diwali and Christmas festivities\. The decision has been made to hire a scheme for the next five years from Diwali \(Autumn\) 2018 up to January 2023\.
