Sprint Phase 2 - Package J Detailed Design Works

Deliver detailed design works for Sprint Phase 2: Package J - Birmingham City Centre. This will include developing the preliminary design so that further public consultation/engagement can be completed and then completing detailed design for tender and construction issue including packages of drawings for the works. The works also include further investigation and confirmation of designs that have already been progressed under previous stages of work.
