CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - ARCADIS LLP ORGANISATIONAL DESIGN SUPPORT

Professional services in the form of a support package from Arcadis Design & Consultancy firm focusing on organisational design, tailored to DfE and the AbLe Programmes needs using existing knowledge Arcadis have from the WIG Raids which have recently taken place in the department. Support package to include supporting identified groups/teams with a specified number of interventions each, a tailored playbook including internal and external case studies, workshops/lunchtime sessions, check in meetings and a review end-point report articulating high-level next steps and suggested ongoing support requirements.
