The Authority is looking for accurate, independent and up to date information on the relative benefits of realistic, future digital infrastructure options\. Due to the 30 year timeframe the Authority has been asked to consider and the need for up to date information in such a fast moving environment, the work is necessary for the Authority's ability to make objective and evidence based policy recommendations\.
